SHIPPING:


Quality and promptness are our top concerns. Most other vendors ship their products in envelopes which may be bent or crushed during shipping. We ship all our bows in large boxes to ensure that your bows will arrive in perfect condition and just like it left our hands. Orders are shipped from Fresno, California by USPS Priority Mail which will take 2-3 days to deliver (including Saturdays) once it has been shipped. We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping on each order no matter how many bows you purchase. All orders over $75 receive free shipping!


Certain select customers will be able to qualify for in-person local delivery. Generally, only people having a retail establishment near our place of business and which have been given prior authorization will qualify for local delivery.  Please contact us at info@lbpboutique.com for more information.


TURN AROUND TIME:


Your bows are not made until you order them. Accordingly, production time typically runs about two weeks, however depending on the particular quantity and color combinations you choose, this time may be shorter or longer. If you require expedited service, please email us at info@lbpboutique.com before placing your order. We will make every effort to meet your request, but note that an expedited service fee may apply. In any case, you will receive an order confirmation shortly after your purchase and a shipment notification once your product ships. You can always find out the status of your order by clicking the Order Tracking link on our home page.


ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:


We want to keep you up to date on your entire order process. We'll send you an order confirmation letter through email which will include your order number and shipping information. Your email will also list each product you ordered and the price. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, also through email.


PAYMENT METHODS:


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express credit cards; PayPal; and Purchase Orders.

Credit cards are processed using a secure SSL server and PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal account to complete your order. When paying by credit card, select the "Credit Card" option on the payment screen. Alternatively, you can use your PayPal account by clicking the "Checkout with PayPal" button in your cart or by selecting "Payment by PayPal" on the payment screen. Wholesale customers having a valid P.O. number can select "Purchase Order" on the payment screen and providing a valid P.O. number. Prior authorization for purchase order payments is required.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, WARRANTY, and OTHER LEGAL STUFF:


Because each of our bows are custom made to our customers specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. LBP Boutique warrants that your products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 60 days from the date your order ships. And although LBP Boutique ensures that each product is carefully made, hair bows by nature contain small parts which may present a choking hazard to small children. Please supervise your little one while they wear our products and remove them at nap and bed time. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.


PRIVACY POLICY:


LBP Boutique respects our customers privacy. The information you provide us, including those stored in "cookies", will be used solely by us to process your orders and provide you with the best website experience. We do not distribute or sell any part of your information to any third parties not affiliated with our order processing system.
